How to Use
- De-stress - Calming Body Massage Serum - 20ml Apply on palms & rub together to heat activate herbs. Bring palms close to face, gently breathe in & relax. Apply all over hands & body. Massage with long strokes, leave on for up to 1 hour & wash off. Avoid sun exposure.
- De-stress - Harmonising Essence Mist - 20ml After bath, spray on lightly, all over body, pillows & bed linen. Leave on. Relax & unwind. For better results, keep refrigerated before use.
- De-stress - Harmonising Balm - 8g x 1 Roll-on finely on temples, behind ears, back of neck & inner wrists. Gently breathe in & relax.
